Beta Testers

• To become a Beta Tester, in addition to your email, it is mandatory to provide your Name, Surname, Age, climbing level, frequency of climbing in Finale Ligure, how you became aware of your role as Paclimb Map Beta Tester, the use of apps or sites for outdoor activities, the area of residence and the reason for becoming a Beta Tester
• The Beta Testers' candidacy will be evaluated by the PaClimb Map team, with the possibility of requesting a meeting in person or via video call
• Beta Testers can opt-out by sending a communication to paclimbmap@gmail.com

Beta Tester Duties

• Beta Testers are committed to testing new features and content on the website, providing general feedback and specific field data
• The data shared by the Beta Testers will be used by PaClimb Map to calibrate the calculation models

Common Provisions

• Your use of the Website is subject to all applicable laws and regulations
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Website or any part of it, without notice, for maintenance, upgrades or other reasons
• The author of the site reserves the right to make changes to these Terms and Conditions by publishing an updated version on the Website. Continued use of the Website after such changes will constitute acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions

Use Allowed

• You agree to use the Website in compliance with all applicable laws, rules and regulations
